 It is VITAL that staff who missed the presentation now watch the recording prior to Monday 29 May to ensure you understand the implications of the migration.
Computer Services will be extremely busy over the coming weeks with the ongoing integration project.
As usual, we will happily assist anyone who needs assistance via the normal route of the IT Helpdesk, however, if a Helpdesk issue is raised, where the user can easily resolve the issue themselves using the information contained in the presentation, we will be appropriately referring staff to watch the presentation to resolve the issue themselves, so that we can prioritise staff who have watched the presentation and need higher level assistance.
